Today I did my first field trip while subbing for kindergarten classes. I took the kids to the Songshan airport to watch planes take off and land. I've heard of field trips here to the snow park (where they make snow to play in.) Some others have gone to amusement parks, doll museums, the MRT safety station, the park, the zoo.
It made me flash back to field trips when I was in school. I remember them so faintly. The trips to farms where a goat almost always ate someone's name tag. The airport to see all the little planes (it was always a small local one.) The local ice cream shop to see how they make ice cream.
It seems there are a lot of places in common with countries and where they take their children for educational purposes. It makes me wonder though, what's the weirdest field trip any of you were ever taken on?
